I greatly appreciated Kenya’s assistance today. She spoke to me plainly, and didn’t try to oversimplify the problems I had with my car. It always bothered me that other times I came to this location for service, other representatives would tell me this overly rehearsed, “the car’s engine is like its heart.” I’m extremely thankful Kenya did not do that.
My only dissatisfaction is that there were scratches inside of my car on the plastic over the steering box.
