Software updates should be free as it means there was a glitch in the original software! Disappointed I was charged. So far it is acting correctly and not making the mistakes it use to make.

Not sure if this is Hondas protocol, but when I arrived to pick up my car, there was no one there to explain what their findings were. I understand, if there was something wrong with the car, they would told me. However, it would’ve been nice if I was told what they noticed while doing a test drive.
Also, when asked if there were any coupons available for an oil change, he said no. When I got home, I noticed I received a coupon for an oil change for $64.95, which meant I could've saved $20. Not sure if service reps are aware of current coupons.
