Saib is very knowledgeable and always informative on the entire process. I had some concerns about a few noises coming from the wheel well. One was the hub cap and the other found out that the axles were bad. I also like the fact I can text him to schedule service for my car. I’ve been working with Saib for the last few years and very much appreciate how he focuses on what my vehicles need. He will ask questions and then we will sit at his desk and review what I’ve had done in the past and what is due. I believe this process ensures that I’m getting what I need, when I need it. I believe he is trustworthy, professional and has my best interests iin mind. I am very comfortable with him and his brother and I would have my daughters ask for them if they had to take their cars in for service (I do it for them)
