Not even close. I do not agree with the fact that I had to pay full dealer retail for a new tire on a 3-month-old vehicle with 2250 miles. In addition, when I picked up my vehicle the next day, the car had not been washed. Finally, you would think that a dealer that I was required to have my Prologue towed too and pay full retail for the replacement tire would realize to check the air pressure, as it was 10 lbs. under the recommended amount when I got the vehicle back. Nonetheless, I have already filed a complaint directly with Honda.
