I recently visited the dealership for the third time regarding an ongoing concern with my vehicle, and I want to highlight the exceptional service I received from adviser Oscar. He was incredibly helpful from the start. Unlike my previous visits, where my concerns were dismissed, Oscar took the time to genuinely listen. He even opened the hood to take a closer look at my engine. While he couldn’t diagnose the issue on the spot, he explained what it might be and communicated with me throughout the entire process. His professionalism and kindness truly stood out.
Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience with adviser Saib Gonzalez, who was quick to dismiss my concerns and spoke to me in a way that made me feel unheard and belittled.
The only thing that could have improved my visit would have been access to a loaner vehicle. After spending nearly $1,600 on repairs, it was disappointing to learn that a loaner wasn’t available.
Overall, I’m extremely grateful for Oscar’s excellent service, and I hope the dealership continues to follow his example when it comes to customer care.

I would like to express my concern regarding the recent service experience with my vehicle.
During my previous visit, I was not informed about the condition of the parts that were being replaced. I only learned about it later when I specifically asked for my old alternator. A few weeks ago, after my car was serviced at Freeway Honda, I noticed a clicking sound coming from the steering wheel on my way home. I immediately called Tricia, who advised me to bring the car back because it might be related to something that was repaired but not tightened properly.
Due to my busy schedule, I could not return right away. When I finally brought the car in today for the same clicking issue, I was charged another $1,262, and was told that the alternator needed to be replaced. If this was the actual issue, I should have been notified during the first visit, especially since I was already charged around $2,750 at that time for repairs related to the same complaint.
Additionally, when I requested my old alternator today, I was informed that I would have to pay $75 to get it back. This is extremely disappointing, as the part originally belonged to me and should have been returned upon request without an extra fee.
Overall, I am very unhappy with the lack of communication, transparency, and the repeated charges for what appears to be the same unresolved issue. I respectfully request a review of my service history and appropriate consideration regarding this matter.

I am not at all satisfied with the service Oscar provided. I brought up concern about my car smelling like gas ever since i got the fuel pump recall done on my car at this dealer ship. He said he would let the tech know. There was no notes on my paperwork and i asked once i paid about it and he said that its not something that they would do on a saturday, considering i brought the car in at 7am when they opened and was done before 9am. He said the tech didnt smell anything. If u stand on the driver side back door the car smells like gas.

Erik was great, along with the service tech, the problem was that I had an appointment at 915am, Ai arrived at 840am and a basic oil change to over 3 and a half hours. I understand there were alot of customers, it was really busy, but if someone has an appointment then that timebe honored. It's like going to a appointment at the Dr. And sitting in the lobby for 3 and a half hours before being seen. Very unprofessional
