I didn’t receive any additional help to solve the problem. My service advisor was fine, but I feel like if I’m spending $400 on a service, the least you guys can do is drive it through the car wash machine at the end. Our Toyota dealership always does this and Nissan did it when I had a Nissan. It costs almost nothing to the dealership.
