Theresa was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, responsive to questions, and she kept me informed. She went out of her way to help when I arrived at the close of the while she was already slammed with work. She was patient with all my questions giving clear and concise answers. When the car was finished late on the day and the shuttle couldn’t pick me up, she offered an uber. In my 65 years of life, she given me the best customer service, she has given me the best service from any (waiter, hotel, plumber…). Ever!!!

When Honda originally sent a defective major part, he caught it before I picked up my car, and a replacement was then obtained and installed instead.

When I dropped the car off I waited 10 minute to speak to a service rep but no one showed up. So, I wrote on a piece of paper that was on the windshield what needed to be done on the car and left. When I picked up the car and drove off I noticed that my back seat was folded down flat, cardboard cover was off and the metal covering was off over the fuel pump. I had to drive back to the dealership to fix. I then looked under my glove compartment box and the vent cover fell off and was never put back on properly. I was perplexed on why a customer was givin back a car that the job was not done completely and overlooked by manager, service manager, mechanic and lot person whom got the car from the back. Not very happy with the service right from the a Honda dealership of Santa Ana.
