My car was brought in for 2 issues, 1 was a battery change and second because my rear view camera stopped working. 2 hours later I get the call that my battery was replaced but they want to keep my car overnight to diagnose the camera. 2 hours for a battery change is insane no matter how you put it. I could’ve been in and out anywhere else in 15 minutes so to find out that they haven’t even looked into the camera was extremely disappointment. This isn’t a reflection of my service advisor himself as I’m sure it wasn’t his fault but what a feeling to have that much time wasted and still leave without having an idea as to what is wrong with my camera.
