Kenya is very nice and helpful but I’m upset with things being changed on me. I was told by saib that the technician and Kenya opened a claim on my car last time I took it now Kenya says she didn’t so I don’t know what’s true. I don’t know what to believe in regards to my car.

Being a Physician it’s very hard to make an appointment to get my Mini van serviced bec my schedule is very hectic! But today since my schedule turned out lighter due to Covid ( pt’s canceling and staying home) I brought my car in without an appointment and everyone was so helpful, polite and offered advise on what my car needed!
