Oscar Moguel is a fantastic service advisor. However, parts department director needs to understand if a customer ends up purchasing genuine Honda parts/accessories elsewhere due to non-competitive pricing issues, then he shouldn’t deny warranty claims to a customer. A customer is loyal to the Honda brand and expects top-level customer service.
However, that was not the case in my recent experience and I’m registering my displeasure with the management team at Freeway Honda.
I refuse to give any of my business to your dealership in the future unless & until the situation gets rectified.
