Our car had to be towed to Freeway Honda. I had called in and someone in service had informed me there are no rental car available. Saib was assigned to us. He was fast and efficient. Last time Freeway Honda kept our van for 10 days due to lack of parts. I thought this would be the case as well since the van required a lot of repairs so I asked for a rental. Saib was able to get me one. Then within the hour, he texted me what needed to be done and ask for approval. Everything was fast and I couldn't be happier with the new service system, eventhough I was not happy having to pay an arm and a leg for service.
