I just took my car to my mechanic for a brake change and the one of the new studs I paid for at my most recent visit won't come off but I was told two of my studs were fixed but one won't come off and my brakes were measured incorrectly for my multipoint inspection. Was told I should come in Saturday to pick up my vehicle but told them I was not available to pick it up so I let them know I would come in on Monday instead. Get there on Monday in the morning pay for the tapir of my car I assumed was ready and they tell me my car is still not ready after I was told I was able to grab it on Saturday the 24th. I live here in this state alone and had to reach out to someone to travel a very long way just to get my car.

My oil life reading had not been re-set when I received my vehicle. I was a bit irritated when I thought that I had waited two hours and paid for work that wasn’t even completed. The attendant took my vehicle back to have the readings quickly re-set and apologized for the error.
