Hello. My husband Dat brought the car in so these are his comments. 1. Our new Pilot purchased in July 2024 came back Dusty and Dirty inside out. 2. Your service closed at 5pm on weekdays is really unheard of. 3. The AC or should I say lack of AC is unacceptable, even my 2013 Highlander beats it, countless complaints on FACEBOOK. Now I've heard about Honda cuts and I'm sorry you might be short staffed. I hope you guys come out ok but this would probably be our 1st and Last Honda. - Dat

I had been taking my to another Honda desler however, I but the service at your location was far better than the other dealer! I will purchase my next Honda at your location.

The people who checked my car were wrong!! They lie about my car. I just bought a Honda Accord 2005 and I wanted to change the oil and the best service for my old car, but they couldn't open to change instead they suggested to go another place to get it serviced!!! I am very disappointed with the Honda car service. I have a Toyota car. Toyota Service Car changed my oil and gave me a free diagnosis
