The problem with my car was—as explained by Mr. Gonzalez and the mechanic—was relatively straightforward, and the solution was also straightforward. I appreciated him not trying to upsell. He certainly recommended the services my car needed but also provided a timeframe for them to get done at a later time. Communication was prompt and professional.

I brought my car in for a premium service and no one bothered to tell me or point out that one of my tires was unsafe to drive. I had to find out an hour later when my tire popped on the freeway. I’ve been to other dealerships to have my service done and they have all talked to me when my car needs extra maintenance. I am very disappointed with the lack of communication this dealership has. This leads me to believe that the service that I paid for was not properly done!! I am very disappointed with this dealership’s maintenance department you put my family and I in danger!
