The service I received from the staff was terrible, the advisor who assisted me did not inform me or their team they were going to lunch, so I waited unnecessarily for my vehicle, even though the labor was completed. That is unacceptable and even though it was the advisors lack of communication, an issue like that starts with management for not setting high standards for their team. It's understandable that people go to lunch but the fact that no one else could ring me out causing me to wait without an appropriate explanation is embarrassing for your team and your so called commitment to the customer. Lastly, whoever worked on my vehicle took the tire valve stems off to check the tire pressure and did not put them back on. Do better all around. If an advisor or a manager wants to discuss the poor service, have them call me back with a Spanish speaking representative so that I can appropriately share my disappointment and unsatisfactory visit.

Had to return twice (so far) to have mistakes corrected. Tires were inflated to 32psi instead of 36 psi so I got a "tire inflation error" after ~1 mile from dealer (found out about 32psi when I got home and was finely able to access the inspection report). The report also said the tread on my spare was good, but Clarities have no spare.
Today, while driving on freeway, I got a "Transmission System Error". I took it back to dealer and they said diagnostics indicated transmission fluid level was low (they had changed the transmission fluid), so they topped it off. I asked why it was not filled correctly originally... and how do we know if it was filled correctly this time. Answer was "I don't know". I really hope nothing else goes wrong.
The Clarity is a limited production automobile and very different from most preceding Hondas. I get the impression that some of your mechanics do not know how to service this model, yet they are being allowed to work on them.
