The service I recently received with Oscar could not have gone any smoother! From scheduling an appointment to dropping off my vehicle and picking it up from the service shop, Oscar made sure I was left without any questions all while being so personable and kind. How do you guys sell extended warranty but still charge $180 diagnostic fee in case the warranty does not cover. You guys should say that before a finance manager tells you that extended warranty will cover EVERYTHING including electrical.
