I think it’s crazy that there is a known issue with Honda cars, yet the pattern has to pay for a known issue through Honda when it’s not their fault. It’s a manufacture issue. So now you have to put up with the issue because that’s all Honda can do.

My service provider gave me false information about my car that could have had further consequences than previously shown. He told me my car was fine to drive but Manny the other service provider told me I never should have driven the car until the turbo was replaced. Adrian told me the car was drivable and I could drive it for the next 1-2 months comfortably, it didn’t even last 2 days leaving your dealer. It would be helpful if all your service providers are on the same page about providing info to its customers. I was a long time customer with this norm reeves dealer but I will not be returning after this.
