My car was fixed but I have to bring it back the SAME DAY the second time to get it fix right the second time.
The Shop Manager have to get involved for the car to get it fix correctly the second time due to brake noise.

Ram was a five star employee! He made everything quick and efficient. He found a coupon for me to use, because I had thought my oil change was still covered. I had forgotten my water bottle in the van and he walked me to the waiting area and showed me where the cold water bottles are. I appreciated him going above and beyond to ensure I was happy, very impressed! Additionally, the service team had my van done very quickly. Love the service at your location.

My service advisor was fine. But the condition that I was given my car back was wrong. Upon walking around and checking my car I see grease or oil stains from someone’s gloves on my exterior door handles. If I didn’t check I would have gone home to only fix the mess myself. Definitely disappointing because they had to see the stains when they brought my car up to me.

Last week, I went for an oil change and had two filters replaced. However, when I checked later, I realized the filters hadn't actually been changed. I returned to the shop, where the woman responsible admitted she forgot. It seemed like she was having a bad day and wasn't very attentive. This week, my AC stopped blowing cold air, so I took it in again. The staff member helping me was courteous, but when I picked up my vehicle, she forgot to give me the signed papers, and I had to go back again — wasting time and gas, which isn't cheap right now.
