Nicole was away from her desk whenever I went to see her. And compared to other technicians she didn't explain what was done to my car. She didn't check if I have questions or asked a simple "how are you doing today?". And when i asked about coupons or discounts she seemed bothered and just said "I dont know if we have discounts". It's like you are literally in front of your computer can't you just check? She was rude and condescending and I'll try my best to not have her again. I want someone who truly wants to HELP.

Lately, I have noticed the customer service is bad on the service department. When I picked up my car Genaro Perez ignored me when I asked him to call the person that helped me in the morning he just kept looking at his computer and told me to sit outside without helping me. I waited for a long time without being helped by anyone. Most employees look like they don’t want to be there and dislike helping customers
