Genaro was amazing!! I waited 45 mins for my car to be taken when I had a 1pm appt. He guaranteed me my car would be expedited and done by 3pm because I needed to be somewhere. I was done and out of there by 240pm. I also had a coupon for a $68+tax oil change and tire rotation. I couldn’t find it online anymore. He was nice enough to honor it. He showed me I had 2 recalls on my car so I will be back on 10/4 to have them taken care of. I will be asking for him again!! Such great customer service!!

The service provided by Mr Sharma was great. My only feedback for the shop was that the wait from arrival to being assigned a service provider was 20+ wait. It appeared that only 1 person was attending and 2-3 other desks had out to lunch signs.
