I had an appointment at 12pm. No one came to my car till 1215pm. I would have accepted a hey "we're busy we'll be with you in a few minutes".
Then I had to go ask if my car was ready. I scheduled it specifically at 12 to ensure I could pick up my daughter from school. But I had to ask a family member to get my daughter.
I'm glad my warranty is up because I'm not coming back for any services.
