Today was very emotional for me. My dad always went with me to get my car serviced. He passed away in July from covid and Today was my 1st time getting my car serviced without him. Samuel was very understanding and sympathetic.

Today I walked in without an appointment. I desperately needed a new tire and Joshua went above and beyond to make sure I got taken care of. He is the only service advisor I trust. Not only did he help me out, but i was in and out!!! Today was the busiest day I have ever seen at honda and joshua was so busy but he did not break under pressure.
