I had concerns and brought them up to Trinity and Octovio which I was told he was the Service Director. Trinity blatantly disregarded my concerns and Octovio was not very professional. His customer service was substandard and made my experience to Norm Reeves Honda questioned why I bought several vehicles and continue to drive from Van Nuys to West Covina as a loyal customer. Everything was great until I went to get in my car to leave. There was plastic on my seat, plastic on my steering wheel. Paper on the floor. These should all be removed by an employee before I get to my car. Someone dropped the ball.
