She greeted me with a big smile at 0800 and was super nice and professional. She answered all my questions and had my car serviced in a timely manner. It’s so nice to be greeted by a happy person with a smile. Doesn’t happen often in most dealership service departments in my experience. We need more people like her to make everyone’s service check in experience great. I really appreciated her awesome work ethics. She deserves a customer service award in my opinion.
