It should not take 2 hours to install a sunvisor in the car when I made an appointment several days ahead of time. You need to speed up your service on vehicles and service reps should keep the.client informed about what is happening with their vehicle at least every half hour if there is a delay in the process. Instead of your clients having to hunt them down to find out what is happening. Especially when they are sitting right there in the lobby waiting area.

I am very satisfied but do have one suggestion.
I sat in my car in the appointment line for at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there. I wasn’t sure if I was to suppose to stay in the car or go into office to check in. My suggestion is put a notice somewhere what you want customers to do upon arrival.

Juan was great but I don't appreciate being lied to. I was there at 1pm and Joe told me to come back at 4 pm and that the wait would be 15 mins. I did so and the the wait was still over 2 hours. I could have taken care of my issue the first time and not have to come back. Bad!!!!
