Joshua was very polite and helpful. There seemed to be a problem with contacting me and Joshua was more than willing to see what happened. Another young man assisted me when my car was ready and was super helpful. Your staff is great but the checking out process was a little chaotic and unorganized. Since everyone was helping a customer there was no one to tell me where to wait ext. I understand you are probably short staffed so this might be a temporary issue. Just an observation.
