Joshua was such an excellent service rep. He was so personable and caring and made sure to accommodate me with a free car rental so that I don’t have to wait
the whole day at the dealership.He explained all the charges very well and made sure that I am well informed about the charges that were incurred.I asked Josh what time he finishes work since I returned the car at around 6pm& was there at 740am. He nonchalantly replied that he does the 12 hr shifts Mon -Friday or 5x/ wk. I was impressed with his work ethic.It seemed he was the only one left working at the service department. I’m so glad I met this very hard working,dedicated person. I myself work in the service industry as a nurse. I hope you have more Joshuas at Norm Reeves.It was a pleasure have him as my service rep.

I bring all my services here and was not even given a discount if I gotten the work done here . It was pricey so I need to do homework search to see if you are giving me a fare deal . Also I waited 5 1/2 hours for you to tell me about a part I needed was not in stock at dealership and to tell me it was electrical problem which I believe that could have taken 2 hours but took about 5 1/2 hours . To give me disappointed ?? news . Also ask if I be safe driving the vehicle and the answer was yes don’t drive to fast and brake fast ?????????? . What does that mean ???? .
