I was told the wait would be 20 minutes. Not so! When I arrived at my 7:20 appointment time it took 20 minutes just for someone to come out to the car! Then I was told it would 1 hour from the the 7:40 check in time. After telling the service man that I was upset he told me he would do the best he could to shorten the time. As you can see I received the text that my car was ready 1 hour and 5 minutes later. This service was to install mud guards on the car since they should have been installed before purchasing the vehicle. First service was not at all satisfied.
