Let me start by Norm Reeve’s Honda for fixing my Honda Accord. I am very thankful for that. Places for improvement: 1. Your website - tried to make an appointment online but your security protocol blocked me from doing that. Note: I tried multiple times and each time was blocked ( I was getting a lockout error message) 2. Showed up without an appointment (approximately around 9:30am) and waited almost four hours (1:14pm) to get my stuck window fixed and to diagnose a problem I was having with the ACC.

Our appointment was at 11:40 am on Tuesday,11/30,for new tires.The work order was to replace 2 front Continental brand tires. Your sales rep said it was out of stock but would have them on 12/2 and to return on 12/3. I asked him if I could come at the same time and if I had to make an appointment and he said it was OK to come in. We returned on 12/3 but were not on the list but showed the original workorder and drove in. We met our sales rep and he told us the tires came in and gave us a new workorder with the 12/3 date but I did not notice it had a different brand (Bridgestone) from the original tires. He did not specifically tell or ask me directly if I wanted to change to a different brand. I would have preferred to have been asked or given the option to choose the brand for replacement tires instead of just being printed on a new workorder.
I also asked why our name was not on the list for an appointment at the entrance and he said our vehicle was not checked out. He explained that it was like our car never left which was a little strange to hear. I also am not sure if not having an appointment had an effect on our visit lasting for more than 3 hours or possibly it was just a busy day.
I normally get excellent service with an appointment but this visit was disappointing. There could have been better communication with regards to the change in the brand of tires. Also I would think using the original brand of tires is the general rule unless a change was specifically asked for by the owner.
