I dropped my car off at 8:15 received a text that they were going to start at about 825 I was told it would be a 2 1/2 hour service. All day I did not get a phone call nor a text saying that my car was ready I called a little after 4 PM and I was told that my car was ready to pick up for pick up but nobody ever informed me so that made it very difficult for me to try to get my car. After talking back-and-forth the service advisor agreed to get somebody to pick me up so I can pick up my car from the service center. I think that after a couple hours of a guess not responding to a text a phone call should’ve been followed up with that which normally I’ve had before.
