I went in for a service , and when I received my car there was scratches on my vehicle and oil on the passenger back door . I went in and told the advisor and he took pictures and told the manager to view cameras he even told me that when they viewed cameras “ the scratches and oil was not there “ the manager then said to call someone named “ Steve “ and they fixed my vehicle they buffed out my vehicle and got it back better but the point is that my vehicle was getting serviced paid 200 dollars and got my vehicle back the way I did not give it to them .

I asked for a few things to be checked that weren’t checked. When I asked how to go about getting them checked and fixed I was told to call and make another appointment. I took the day off of work to be there and now I need to take another day off to reschedule my car to be diagnosed. My family and I have been loyal customers for years and I am very displeased with how I was helped today.

Gave the wrong inspection document, it seems like the inspection wasn’t really done. The problem was not solved, but customer still had to pay out of pocket. Advisors need to understand better the scope from customers and actually resolve the issue and not make them come back for another day.
