Anthony was great. He had great customer service skills. I was just disappointed that it took so very just to have my oil changed. I also had an inspection that was free. My appointment was 11:20 and I didn't even leave my vehicle till about 12:10. I waited for a shuttle that never came, so I sat around till almost 2:15. It was supposed to be about 1 hour and 15 minutes. I've been a customer for a lot of years with norm reeves. Just disappointed on how long it took.

The prose of the oil change service went up from $52.97 to now 62.73, Carlos mentioned the pride has risen in Feb., but I never received a flyer or notification. After I left and arrived at my home, I checked under the hood of my car and noticed they never topped up my cars windshield whipper fluid & tires were not given air to be at the right tire pressure. When I called for Carlos, I left a message. After waiting 3 1/2 hours, I called back. I told the lady that answered that I’m looking for someone to sympathize with me, because I paid a lot for this oil change and they never completed the full service that Honda offers to all customers, which is topping up fluids and air in tires. After, she handed the phone to Carlos, I repeated my concern to now Carlos, he said he was going to send someone to my home to top up my cars fluid, but no one came. Lastly, I noticed that Carlos never added the ‘Norm Reeves Multi-Point Vehicle Inspection Checklist’ sheet at the back of my receipt.
I do my best to be understanding, but this is the second time they do this, because it’s the second time I had to check their work. I really am tired of being taken advantage, because I am a woman. I’m not sure how you can make it up to me when I was basically humiliated by Carlos and the woman that answered the phone to ‘help’ me. When I asked for the manager, she said the manager was not in, he’s on a ride.

Your service dept employee TRINITY was very kind and helpful, but i have several complaints about the service performed on our 2018 Honda Cicvic Sport Touring vehicle… the A/C needed 1800$$ repair and a week to finish… yet no car wash offered!! And i notices a BOLT missing from the Air Filter Box after i inspected the engine compartment after picking up my Civic???? Requires 4 to secure filter box tight now only 3 bolts secure it!! I also had the OIL CHANGE and multi-point inspection service performed on vehicle while the A/C was being repaired….
