I hope Norm Reeves Honda take it review seriously and help me address the issues that I have here. I’ve taken my car there for more than one times within a month for the same problem and my car still doesn’t run, the first time I was there I paid $385 they promised me my car shouldn’t have the check engine light flashing any more, 3 weeks later the check engine light went off flashing again and my car stopped running on the freeway, I towed my car back to them they fixed something else and guaranteed me my car is good to go with $692 charged. I picked up my car go home the next morning on my way to work my car stopped running on freeway again. I called them right away asking for my money back so I can fix my car when else because I don’t have money anymore and I lost my job because within a month I’ve not made it to work 3 times, I begged them to be honest and just fix the problem so my car can run again if they are not capable to do so please let me know so I can fix it somewhere else. My car is Honda Accord 2014 I bought it new and well maintained never got into accident before. I write my issues for whoever in the same situations shouldn’t have scammed the way I got here. I will take this case forward for my hard working money back to pay someone else to fix my car.

Lack of responses on text messaging and no callback when requested

The line of waiting was long. The customer service people were friendly. I am not sure why the service signal wasn't being reset after service. One rep named Ulses was helpful.
