Took my vehicle in for a service and asked if they could let me know if I need a tire rotation. I waited about a hour and a half and received a text message that my vehicle was ready. When I went to the counter I was advised that they had a few issues, one of the issues being I needed a tire rotation. I told the service member why I wasn’t advised when they did the inspection of the tires and he responded we had to go to lunch. Which is understandable however I could have been advised when they returned from lunch so I could have paid to get the rotation done. Instead I got a sorry about that here’s your car make another appointment.
