i dropped off my car with 5 concerns about my car, however 2 of my concerns were incomplete when i was told to come for my vehicle (front bumper part & front bumper separation). i was told to wait until my next visit to address the front bumper separating, and told i would receive a message in 20 minutes regarding the bumper part. i received a message over 1 hour later with $300 quote for a part i didn’t even need, then didn’t receive a response for 24 hours only after i kept asking for help. Juan is not a bad guy, but whomever trained him needs to spend more time training.
