I have done quite a few big service transactions at this location and in my recent experience I asked for the following which was not done:
1. a complimentary wash and I did not get one. I
2. I also asked for my break light to be replaced and this was also not done. 3. When I clicked on the link to make a payment there were 3 things that EM were recommended with zero cost to me but no one asked me to authorize those so they could be done. I learned about them at the time I was making my payment.
4. My radio was deactivated. I now have to call service to help me with this issue. This should have been corrected when the vehicle was there. This was the worse experience ever, made me feel service advisor only cared about his commission. Will probably not return to this dealer.
