The third time I brought back my van for a brake noise after replacing all 4 brakes and resurfacing the rotors about a year ago, I was told to pay $95 for brake diagnosis fee. Your tech foreman concluded that it’s the brake rotor that had a few hot spots even it was resurfaced about a year ago. After spending close to $200 on another resurface for just 2 brake rotors, the whining noise at slow braking came back almost immediately. I don’t want to spend anymore extra money so I fix un-necessary stuff that doesn’t resolve the problem.
