Mulitipoint Inspection Report missing from final invoice.
Torn intake hose noticed when I got home.
Driver side door squeaks every time it's opened and closed, yet no one took care of it.
Vehicle was there 7 days and was very dirty including cat paw prints. No attempt to wash before returning?
Its my opinion that Dealer repair prices ($63.88 for a bulb change!) are exorbitant enough that these small things should not be missed, ESPECIALLY with very long standing customers (since 2002).
On a positive note: fluids seem to all be topped off.
Requested repairs seem to be completed.

Advisor Juan was very friendly and welcoming. The service was promised on time and the waiting area was very nice, had hot drinks and nice sofa to wait at. Only if there were snacks would be really nice too since I was hungry but I couldn't get any food. My car was received back the way it was nothing was touched only the things I asked to be fixed and changed were done which is what I seek for from a genuine Honda service center. Very honest service and the service report had photos attached too with all detail information which I appreciate very much. Mechanic did well job and nothing was suspicious. I would definitely visit the Honda service center here again because of the honest customer service was promised, thank you.

I feel that I get good quality service from Norm Reeves. I completely felt taken advantage of with my service pricing. I expressed my disappointment with my service advisor and he discounted my ro but I was still over charged for Labor, with this overcharge, I will not be bringing my vehicle back to Norm Reeves.
