I had to wait over 30 mins to get my vehicle because another car that was also being serviced was blocking my car. After waiting over 30 mins I complained about the wait time and someone had to call/remind someone else to get my car.
After spending over $900 I’m really surprised my vehicle wasn’t washed let alone rinsed. My car was kept overnight from Friday through Saturday when I picked up my car at 5pm.
Also, when I made my appt I mentioned to the appt rep that I had information about a friend who had the same car problem as I did. I shared it was a fuse problem. When I was talking to the advisor he said they couldn’t take that information. If that’s the case then the person who made the appt should know that or tell me and be honest.
When I dropped off my vehicle at my appt time nobody came out to Me although I was at the orange cones. The lady behind me was greeted first. And a woman who was there to get her express service was greeted formerly by someone. It felt real unprofessional and lacked order.
All these Honda commercials about helping customers and I didn’t see that at this location. I hope a manager reviews this.
