Overall I was very satisfied as usual with the service I always receive from Norm Reeve’s Service Department. I just have 1 question. The technician identified that i was missing a nut on the rear sway bar. He mentioned it on the inspection recording but there is no mention on the paper work that I received. Oversight maybe which is okey. Or why didn’t the technician put a nut on it and charge me for the part. Don’t worry guys, that was just an observation. Still 5 star ratings as usual. Thanks
