After the service they perform on my van ,they ended up needing to do an alignment, at the end of all the work they performed on it ,and for some reason the steering wheel stay crooked ,after the alignment. I took it back two times already for the problem to be corrected ,and all they do is rotate the tires around .The first day it stayed 8 hours at your shop ,to rotate and balance tires ,the second time they only rotated the tires again! supposedly they fix the problem but the steering wheel is the same way ,I'm considering taking my van to a different place to get the alignment check and the tow fixed so that the problem be corrected on my steering wheel. I think it's not fair sincerely and I'm satisfied customer

I am used to having Honda dealer cover the steering wheel, chair and floor to prevent oil/dirt getting to the steering and other parts of car being serviced.
I also observed that instead of the technician informing the service advisor about the battery failing test, the advisor have to review the paperwork and then ask the battery to be replaced. The vehicle was already taken out and have to be taken back.
