All issues were resolved
Main issue AC was not efficient.
Tech. Responded no leak discovered.
The AC was evacuated and recharged with a dye agent.
The Tech did not discover the root cause
of the of the issue, but the process of evacuating/recharging the system resulted in cooler discharge air. Time will tell if the AC recharge holds or if it looses Freon and returns to a less efficient system. Final verdict TBD.

When I came into the service area, the woman who helped me was extremely rude. Her facial expression was a look of disappointment when I told her I didn’t have an appointment, and her attitude was very disrespectful. She gave me a piece of paper to fill out , without giving me a pen or a clipboard. Also, when I was waiting for the shuttle, I saw her by the snack area. She asked me if I needed anything and gave me a dirty look when I mentioned I was just looking at the display.

Juan has helped me in the past and I was happy that he was the person who worked with me again. He clearly explains the work to be done and how long it will take. I am 80 years old and somewhat disabled as result of a stroke. Juan walks me to my car when it is ready and makes sure I am able to get in and pull my car out and take off.
