Brandon is a great service consultant. This feedback has nothing to do with Brandons transaction. However, I have a concern with the overall experience. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45 I did not get greeted until about 12:55pm. I’m not sure if you guys were short staff that day (Saturday) or was lunch time. I saw quiet a bit of employees standing around with their cell phones on hand and they would pass me by and not say a word. A simple acknowledgment goes a long way. A simple “we will be with your shortly or have you been help” would have been comforting. As for the actually car service it was great . I was in and out as promised. I will have to reconsider if I would be coming back to get service at this Honda dealership. Thank you
