My disappoint is the misleading mailer card received noting the special pricing to perform a maintenance oil change. The mailer card indicated one price one price for convention oil and an approx $55 price for full synthetic oil change.
Trinity indicated the synthetic oil price could not be honored.
Trinity noted the synthetic price does not apply to my car despite the fact the card identifies my specific car.
Extremely Miss-Representative Advertising
Very discussed with Norm Reeves bate and switch tactics
I will caution other Honda owners be aware the false advertisement is a Norm Reeves bate and switch to get you into the Dealship and quite a higher price then what’s advertised. As for me I will ignor (trash) future Norm Reeves priced calls for maintenance.
It’s sad to have a good service department representation with deceptive operational marketing.
