I understand that the agents need to notify us about maintenance. The advisor told me I was leaking oil. That it was important to replace (whatever it needs to be done at 100k tune up). He then proceeded to tell me that I needed to replace that and it was going to cost me $1600. I spoke with a mechanic not from Honda, he said I will eventually need to replace it but not anytime soon. I do not appreciate scare tactics that make people believe their car will break down tomorrow. I get that the dealership wants to make their money but they need to be less predatory towards women who they know tend to know less about cars. Lucky for me I have people to reach out to me to further educate me on my actual needs. Please train your employees better.
