Drove all the way from Los Angeles waited 4 hrs just to be told they couldn’t turn off the sensor because the brand tire wasn’t from Honda. Felt like I was told that just to make me buy another tire. Very unsatisfied customer

Did not receive inspection text Until the next day. So only reviewed inspections when I was Paying for services. At that time they told me about the wiper blades In yellow zone but I asked to replace them already. Was already there almost 2 hrs and then had to wait another 20 mins to get them replaced. Trinity did check my phone and saw that I hadn’t received text. But trinity called someone right away and had them change my blades right away

Had an appt and still had to wait 40mins for an advisor !!! That was compounded by the tech - Trinity G - who opened up w/ “How are you doing today?” I responded - “Disappointed w/ the wait in the heat (1500hrs).” She did not respond in any way to my comment - she just went thru her routine leaving me extremely disgruntled…
