Anthony was great and he’s personable. He explained the work they did and they finished our A1 service in less than 30 min. The only thing was that we got to the service station at 2pm and we waited 30 min in the heat for anyone to speak to us regarding the service we need and we were first in line. We purposely got there ahead of our appointment because the last time we arrived at the appointment time, it still took a long time for an attendant to speak to us. It’s hard to gauge when to arrive at the service station to get timely service. It’s hard to plan the service around our schedule.
