When I got my car back there was a plastic shoe cover on the floor of the passenger seat, at least I think it was a shoe cover, that didn't really bother me, I just threw it away, but the really disturbing Part is tonight I found a long black plastic something that was left on my dashboard,I didn't notice it for 2 days because it just blends in with the dashboard, same color, it is marked Honda pp1020 and I'm hoping it's not something that belongs under the hood.

I went in for multi-point inspection and went home and check my mail and there was a coupon for a multi-point inspection (huge price difference). I will never trust Honda again after this as I feel this is something that should have been mentioned at the register, lack of integrity in my opinion. I was a value customer but I seriously might start taking my car to a mom and pop moving forward.

This was the second problem with the same tire so I had a blowout on the freeway in the fast lane.
I’m thankful that they gave me a new tire which I should’ve had one in the first Time I brought my vehicle home my biggest problem was with roadside assistant The agent I could not understand him. He could not understand English very well very frustrating so I hung up and thank goodness I have the automobile club but I pay for the service with your company you should have someone that speaks good English
