Your mechanic lied to me telling me that my car air conditioning could not be charged after draining the system and it would cost $1700 to fix the air conditioning. I was able to charge it myself after I brought the car back home. Fortunately the mechanic didn't actually damage the air conditioning on purpose and then claim it could not be charged. Unfortunately, I paid $160 to learn a lesson to never trust your mechanic.

Trinity was great. I always feel good vibe when I have her as my service advisor. I still remembered the time when I had rattle sound coming from my dash in my old 2016 accord I heard she actually sat in there driving around with with the mechanic to hear where the sound coming from. I understand is often very hard to locate sound from dash but her and the mechanic were able to find the issue where the noise coming from. Since then, i feel less worry when I have issue with my two honda.

Todays visit was pleasant . The person who wrote up the order was pleasant and helpful.
My only complaint is replacing the visor .
Also , if there is any way I could get the small square button for my gps/radio system I would appreciate it . Right now I have tape over it ! Does look tacky . No one had been rough with it or the visor . Otherwise I have been repeatedly told I would have to replace the whole console. The expense is extremely high .
