The service was outstanding. It was thorough and professional.
What I didn’t like was the constant reminders via email I was coming up for service and even when my car said I was at 30 percent oil still. They also sent yet another email after I had set my appt. Too many reminders. I almost took my car to another dealership for service. Borderline on harassment. I’m old not senile. Thank you for hearing my concerns.

I was given a morning appointment when I first arrived I asked him to have my carpet secured he basically told me to take it elseware. I told him that this problem was done twice before at the Honda dealer and it was never secured correctly. I was there three hours before my car was even looked at. I was there a total of six hours before the main item was fixed. I had also asked him to have my windshield wipers checked he was handing me the keys and said they only scraped a little bit they were in the in the yellow on the chart. I explained to him wipers have to be perfect in a rain storm and should always be in the green never yellow or red. I am going to be traveling up north and I can't take a chance on imperfect wipers in a storm. So I made them change the wipers with new ones while I waited some more. I had handed some parts that had been removed off of my car and asked them to put them back on where they belonged in my car at the end of the day I was handed back the parts in the bag so my car is still missing these items somewhere in the car when I drove away with my car I now have them in a bag innmy glove compartment.
